GAMG is a U.S. Listed Equity Portfolio Manager (or Sub-Adviser) who manages fee only accounts holding stocks limited to U.S. Listed Equities including ADRs. GAMG does not hold assets. All assets are held at the clients custodial brokerage firm.

Greenwich Asset Management Group (GAMG) helps foreign and domestic Institutional or Accredited Investors invest in U.S. listed Large Cap, Mid Cap, Small Cap or All Cap portfolios acting as a private, no-load, fee only, separately managed, outsourced, and results oriented U.S. listed equity portfolio manager or sub-adviser.

This US Listed Equity Portfolio product is basically a value momentum portfolio that includes concepts from some of the greatest minds on wall street like Warren Buffet (earnings consistency and ROE), John Templeton (diversify globally in high earning companies), Charlie Munger (the market always returns to the mean) and former $30 billion pension equity manager Bill Hay (after seeing what worked and what didn't work with 12 independent equity managers who ran $30 billion, equal weighting and rebalancing offers the most logical equity management style for our institutional clients)

We feel the program works best with a minimum of $10 million because we divide the portfolio into 40 equal positions or $250,000 per position. Foreign exposure comes from ADR's (foreign stocks) that trade on US exchanges and are chosen using the same methodology.

The firm is a sole proprietorship entity which collaborates with outside resources to provide U.S. Listed Equity Portfolio results.

Support - GAMG does not custody assets, so your custodial support team is our support team. Having worked inside brokerage custodians for over 20 years, we have the knowledge to move around comfortably to get your job done.

Account Opening:

1. Your account stays where it is, if in an institutional brokerage account, or you can move it to another custodian that can buy U.S. listed equities. GAMG does not custody assets.

2. You sign the custodians 'limited' trading authorization to allow GAMG to manage the portfolio acting as your sub-adviser.

3. The manager screens all 10,000 US listed stocks for the top 40 in accordance with your objectives and begins buying those carefully chosen equities over time.

4. Unlike hedge funds, the account is viewable 24/7. Fees are processed automatically on a quarterly basis and performance fees, if any, come out of the account "as they occur".
